Ningbo.NIMAO have strong technical power. We can open out mold and produce per the sample or drawing. Our R&D use Pro/E, UG, CAD/ CAM software to design. Commonly, 2D is suitable for stamping items. 3D is suitable for plastic shape design.
When we receive customer's requirement to develop product, we do not only simply open and produce, but also we will pass firstly DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) will reduce the dangerous of product.
NIMAO is actualizing TS16949 system. They will help to exalt our management system.
